Sold in the CiviLanso store — this subscription is the monthly web-access plan; a one-time licence ($74.99) is also available in the store.

Worked example — a general site inspection, free pack
Open the free General Site Inspection pack — 4 sections, 19 questions — and run a walkdown. Mark each item OK, Monitor or Defect, add a photo where it matters, and export the Word report: photos inline under each checklist item, a shaded project-info table, and summary counts at the top.
